What happens if I forget to take my device off?
If an exit detection system is present in the facility, the system will light up and/or set off an alarm when you attempt to exit with the device.  Failure to return a device may prevent you from checking out another until the original one is returned.
What if I forget to grab a device when I start my shift?
Simply check out a device the moment you remember.
Can I take the belt off during my shift?
The belt should be worn at all times when working to warn you of unsafe activity. The belt can be removed as needed to use the restroom/exit the facility/etc.
Can I put the device in my pocket/wear it on my back/etc?
The belt should be worn with the device in the front of the body in alignment with your center so that the device is able to properly interpret your movements.
Do I have to wear the device every day?
It is recommended that you wear the belt for the entirety of your shift each day to lower your risk of lumbar injury.
What does the green light mean?

What if I accidentally click the orange button while I am working?
Under standard configuration, that functionality has been disabled. Continue working as normal. Other configurations vary by customer. Please refer to a supervisor or risk professional at your location for configuration specifics.
What do the buttons on the device do?
All button functionality is configurable. In the standard configuration, all buttons are disabled except for the reset button labeled ‘1’ on the back of the device.
