Well, it happens by having a team member that leads the charge in all realms related to the customer experience. At Modjoul, there is a lot that goes on behind the Wizard of Oz curtain, and we want to highlight the brilliant and courteous team members who allow us to continue to keep our clients happy and safe.
Today, we want to formally introduce you to Chad Leonard, the Director of Customer Experience for Modjoul. Originally from Massachusetts, Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Clemson University.
Chad understands the importance of the customer and develops long-standing client relationships. Chad’s focus on client experience goes beyond understanding the product and the robust data the Modjoul wearable produces, Chad ensures to incorporate customer feedback into the Modjoul experience every day.
Most recently, Chad lead the development efforts for Modjoul Health, Modjoul’s screening and exposure application that has been utilized by tens of thousands of employees across varied industries around the world as they reduce the spread of COVID-19 within their facilities.
As a life-long consumer of technology and a long-time wearer of fitness wearables, Chad developed a passion for electronic devices. Prior to joining Modjoul, Chad’s was an R&D engineer with Caterpillar where he brought several electronic products from concept to production.
Outside of the Modjoul office, Chad can be found exploring Charleston with his wife and planning their next international vacation.
Chad is an invaluable asset, not only to Modjoul’s customers, but also his fellow colleagues. Chad is always willing to lend a hand, while also guiding new employees toward success.
